I have completed one of my course CBI content based instruction from The American English (AE) E-Teacher Program.

After completing the course, my downloaded certificate from badgr only contain my email address instead of my NAME so I wonder if you could guide me how can I download it with my full name. I reckon, my NAME worth presenting me on my certificate rather than my email .

Hello,  @elt_janzada2017  Welcome to the Canvas Community. You will need to contact the instructor of the course to inquire about correcting the certificate. The quickest way to do that is by sending the instructor a direct message through the Canvas inbox ( How do I get help with Canvas as a student?‌). If the course in question has been concluded, you might need to find the instructor's email address to send an email rather than a Canvas message.
