[ARCHIVED] Keeping Students From Taking Down Assignments After Grading

Once a student uploads an assignment, is there a setting to keep a student from taking the assignment down?

Hi,  @jonesj3  Welcome to the Canvas Community! Students cannot delete their own assignment submissions so it's not necessary to enable a setting that prevents it.

I am not sure what you mean by "taking the Assignment down." Once a student submits an assignment the assignment submission is permanent.  They cannot take it down.  All they can do is re-submit, which creates an additional submission on the instructor side.
