This is an international forum for Canvas users from institutions all over the world, so we have no access to any of your Canvas videos, and have no way of knowing for sure whether the problem is with your iPad or with the videos themselves.
Are you logging into Canvas through a web browser like Safari, or are you using the Canvas app? Do you have the same problem if you try to view the videos through a Windows or Mac computer? And the standard IT recommendation, have you tried rebooting the iPad? (This can actually fix an awful lot of problems!)
