[ARCHIVED] LTI 1.3 tool development

I need to write an LTI 1.3 tool in asp.net MVC. 

There are quite a few articles such as https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Developers-Group/NET-LTI-Project-Part-1-Connect-to-Canvas/bc-p/27... which supports LTI 1.0.

I am not getting any starting point which would guide me for LTI 1.3 in asp.net MVC.

Could you please share me any links or sample code and so on?
