Can I use Canvas free account to try out an LTI 1.3 Integration for my custom built external application?

If not, what should I do to get an Admin account? 

Basically, I have a web application, I want to learn how to integrate it to Canvas LMS using LTI 1.3 Integration, so how do I go about it? I want it to be hands on practise

@abraarsyed You can find more information about LTIs and app development at http://instructure.github.io/ . With the Free for Teachers accounts you can have both the Admin and Instructor roles, however it has limited features.
