I teach Languages (French & Spanish). And for languages it is very important to use ACCENTS. It can alter the meaning of words if not used or if used incorrectly. Will you ever integrate the option to insert accents in Canvas for Tests/Quizzes mode to avoid having to use another window and copy, cut & paste the word, phrase or statement? And for students to use when necessary?

Diacritic marks should be available as a floating mini keyboard within quizzes. Expecting students to memorize the foreign language keyboards or character map is not a solution--it is a workaround. I also am not sure if the character map would work when using a lockdown browser like Procterio.
