I am following the instructions on How do I create Likert scale quiz questions?
When I add responses for each possible answer for each Likert item, only the first likert item I edit is updated and the rest do not show words as possible choices, just empty spaces to choose. I have tried updating each Likert item and updating and saving but when I go to preview it all but one Likert item looks like this while only the top one has the correct options (not shown):
