[ARCHIVED] Link to Students "No Results Found"

Hello,

When I go to link an observer to a student in any class, I am unable to search the student's name - it just says "no results found". Other admins are able to do this fine. I've tried switching browsers etc., but nothing is working. Any suggestions?

Hi Nathan -

When you search for your student in people at the account level, which combinations have you tried? Last name? first name? SIS ID?

Turns out I had the wrong permissions:
