Hi Dorothea,
Check and see if Lockdown Browser has a way to check for updates. It could be that you need to update to the latest version. It's also possible that Respondus is late at updating the information in the Lockdown browser and that is causing Canvas to display the message. If that is the case it still will likely work fine for taking the exam.
