Why does my mobile app keep going to the screen that says not a teacher login?

Hi Eldon -

I think that the reason you are seeing this error is that you need to double-check that you are using the correct app for your role. Students should use Canvas Student (red app); teachers and TAs should use Canvas Teacher (yellow app); observers and families should use Canvas Parent (blue app)

If you are using the correct app, are you able to confirm that you are currently enrolled in a course with that role? If you sign-in to your institution's Canvas instance using a browser, what do you see on your dashboard?
