[ARCHIVED] Lost studio video

I made a video in studio and it went through all of the steps to finalize.  It doesn't show up in my studio library.  Has anyone ever seen this behavior before?

Hello @BStutzman ...

I don't think I've experienced that kind of issue with any videos I've made through Studio (or at least, I cannot recall any issues similar to yours).  Usually when I am making a video via Studio, I see a window that shows the percentage of the video that has been uploaded...so I know that it's being transferred to my Studio library.  Have you reached out to Canvas Support to see if they might be able to help investigate this more with you?  If you do chat with them, it would be interesting to know the outcome of that conversation...thanks!  Take care...
