Hi, @brownst17 , a moment ago I answered your other question about internet access, and in that response I provided some links to documentation that should help you get back on track. Since this question is specific to a Mac, I'll add here that if you're using Safari on your Mac, you will need to update the device's OS in order to get an updated version of Safari. If you're not using Safari, check the version of your browser and update as necessary, as mentioned in the other thread.
