[ARCHIVED] Max File Size you can upload into "My Media"?

I have uploaded two 7.6 GB lab videos however the 17 GB video (2.5 hours) fails.

Good morning, @bleigh ...

By chance, are you using Kaltura for your videos?  I ask because "My Media" isn't anything native to the Canvas environment...as far as I know.  If you are using Kaltura, you'll probably need to contact their technical support folks to get assistance with this question.  Good luck to you!

No, just an MP4 video we made with Openshot.

So after I posted this I tried to upload it again....  for the 7th time....  it worked....

So possibly I had another issue (internet disruption, time out, etc)
