Hello there,  @tudiefruity111  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  I am not sure if you are an instrutor or a student, but I will provide you some links to Guides for each role.  As far as what you'll be discussing at your Mentor Meet Up, you will need to reach out to someone at your school to inquire about this...as the vast majority of people here in the Community would not know how to answer this question because we don't have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course(s) in question.
