[ARCHIVED] Merge Gradebooks

A teacher had an old Canvas account that has been recently deleted; however, they still need the Grades from the old Canvas Account. I was able to go into our account test site, find the course and grades. Is there a way to merge those grades into the new Canvas account?

In Test, you can export the gradebook to a csv file and then in production, import it into the new course.

Once I've imported the document, do you know how long it will take to show in the new gradebook? Is it an overnight load?

In my experience it's been several minutes, maybe 5-10. If you refresh the gradebook screen, you'll see partial loading of the grades in the file while the data is being processed.
