[ARCHIVED] Moving video Content from a Page to an Assignment

I created a Page and within it recorded a video.  Now I want to either:

1) change that Page to an Assignment (so students must answer the video prompt with a submission). or

2) Move that video over to an assignment page.  (I tried to copy/paste, it looked like it made a link but no video preview, but when I went to student view and clicked the link it said it was unavailable)
