[ARCHIVED] My Students cannot access a Survey.

I am teaching this summer and have created a survey for my students that I made available on May 21 at noon. The course is published and so is the Survey - but students are unable to access the Survey. They can access the Course. I went to the Student View and I was able to access and answer the Survey.  

Do you know what could be the problem?

Hi  @lotte_bostick  Thank You for your question.

I'm wondering if the survey is part of a module that has not been published. Might that be the case? 

This guide will help to publish it if needed How do I publish or unpublish a module as an instructor?

One of my students let me know that a notice popped up that they can’t access the Survey until May 26 which is 1 week prior to classes. So there must be something in our system that prevents them from accessing the Survey until May 26. Thank you.
