For some reason my letter grade shows up as an F when I have a 97.35% in the class I am taking, I brought this up to my professor but she did not know why it was showing up like that. The F only shows on my canvas app but when I am using my computer it shows up like normal. Do I need to do something special to get this fixed? I tried deleting and then redownloading the app but nothing changed.

I feel that something isn't quite working correctly. I know that students at other schools have experienced this too. The best thing you can do is reach out to Canvas Support. They can better diagnose the issue, and if there's more information about the cause or timeline for a fix (if there is one in the works), they'll be able to share that as well.
@nwilson7 - Yes, and there are a number of student-created tickets that are helping our engineers. It's actually a Known Issue and details can be found here:

@YousraFakhro and @KristinL I think the newest update of the app may have done something. We have students reporting this too and support said it is a caching issue and suggested the student delete the app, clear app cache and then reinstall it. The only issue with that is I can emulate them in the app and see the same grade discrepancy (ours are also A grades showing as F's, sometimes even 100% with an F). It can't be a caching issue if it can be reproduced with emulating.
