How i to create a new class, for practice design?

If you are using the "Free for Teachers" version of Canvas, or your school allows teachers to create new courses on the school's Canvas version, then you just click the "Start New Course" button in the bottom right corner of the Dashboard: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-create-a-new-course-from-the-Dashboard-... 

If you don't see that button, though, then it's likely that your school does not allow instructors to create their own test/development courses, and you'll want to contact the Help Desk at the school to find out what the process is for requesting one.
