If your link is static (doesn't change based on who is clicking it) and your institution doesn't have locked down which Apps you can use, you want to use the Redirect Tool.
- Go to Course Settings
- Choose the the Apps tab
- In the Filter by name box, start to type Redirect. The icon is a curved blue arrow.
- Click on it and choose +Add App
- Fill out the form and make sure to check the box to show in course navigation. Then click add app.
