Hi @d_fullilove, 

I would suggest you try the QR Code feature of Canvas to log in to the app:

How do I view a QR code to log in to the Canvas mobile apps as an instructor? 

If you are still having issues logging in I would suggest you reach out to your school to investigate this issue.
