Does anyone know if the New Analytics feature tracks mobile log ins? I suspect not based on feedback I'm hearing from faculty.

Hmmm. Wonder what's going on. A faculty member indicated that she's see goose eggs for one student who is using mobile. I wonder if Canvas Mobile or a mobile browser makes a difference (?)

rgibson1‌, that might depend on when the student participated? As the documentation states, New Analytics data is refreshed every 24 hours.

Outside of New Analytics, Canvas records user views through a mobile device as browser views, according to my quick test: I clicked on various areas of a course using my iPad and my Page Views activity shows those as occurring in Safari 13.1.
