[ARCHIVED] New Student, Concluded Conference

Hi - 

I have a student that is being added to my roster 1 week late and they will need access to a few concluded conferences to which they were not originally invited so they can catch up with the class. How can I do this?

Hi Erin - 

I did record them using the BigBlueButton however this student was not a part of the initial invitees for those conferences earlier this week. She states that she cannot see the concluded conferences now that she has joined the class.

If you recorded the conference, you may have to share the link with her and see if she can access it.

I tried emailing the link to myself on a different account and I got an error message and it did not allow me to access the video.

Hi, Marne,

I don't think the link will work outside the same account where it was created. So that's probably why you aren't able to view that.
