Newsela is a third-party LTI app that would need to be installed (probably at the account level in Canvas) by your school's local Canvas administrator or someone in your school's Online Learning/eLearning department. I am not sure if there is a cost associated with Newsela or not, so that information will be of help to you and your colleagues, too.
