[ARCHIVED] No Sound on Embedded Videos

I have created a screen cast recording using Autodesk Screencast. I have embedded the video in my Canvas page, and it plays just fine, except that there is no sound. When I play it back on the Autodesk website, the sound works just fine. What could I possibly be doing wrong?

Thank you for submitting your question! I'm sorry you are experiencing this problem. If your problem is possibly a video file issue, check out this similar question and see if the answer helps, Why is there no sound on my video?

Another option is to try on another computer and see if the issue continues to persist. Otherwise, I'd recommend contacting Canvas support to see if they can help. To do this, go the the assignment with the video, click the Help link in Canvas, and Report a Problem.
