[ARCHIVED] No conference recording after 5 days

Hello, I know that several people had/have the same concern as I have and I have religiously read all the comments and replies in the community where it is mentioned that it may take up to 24 hours to have the recording, but it's nearly 5 days that I am waiting for the recording of the live lecture and no reply is coming to my question from the Support Center. 

So please give me a reply because people are waiting for the recording of the conference.

Hi Bobby,

thank you for your rpely. I know well that I have to tick the triangle,

but there is not triangle that means as far as I understand after some

year of using Canvas that the recording yet is not available. This is my

real problem

In this case it might be good to reach out to your instructor and let them know that the recording is not available. 

You could contact them via the Inbox built into Canvas How do I send a message to a user in a course in the Inbox as a student?
