[ARCHIVED] Non-Submission Assignments Being Marked Missing Automatically

I have several non-submission assignments that I have made in my courses. When the due date passes, they are being marked missing automatically because students haven't submitted them.

Any suggestion on how I can work around this without having to manually remove the missing tag from every single student? That process is really slow in Canvas compared to the experiences I've had with other LMS tools.

Agree. With hybrid learning, some students are submitting the assignment online and others digitally. I would like to be able to easily change all to not missing or to find a setting so that nonsubmissions do not immediately register as missing.
