[ARCHIVED] Office 365 LTI error

We have Office 365 connected to Canvas, but have students that are unable to access and use the LTI tool. When they connect and log in, they get this error message...
You cannot access this right now
Your sign-in was successful but does not meet the criteria to access this resource. For example, you might be signing in from a browser, app, or location that is restricted by your admin.
I dont think this is a Canvas issue, but not sure if anyone had this before and found a way to resolve the issue. Since it is an LTI tool, not sure who to contact to try and resolve the issue.
