The ability to enable offline content does not seem to be available in the free for teachers version of Canvas. Is there some way to test this feature with the free tier?
Solved! Go to Solution.
@wilstaley Welcome to the Canvas Community! According to the Canvas Account Comparisons document linked here, ePub/HTML Exporting is available in Free For Teacher accounts. Please check the course settings to enable the feature option.
If, after enabling it, you find it isn't working as expected, please use the Report a Problem option in the Help menu of your account to request assistance from Canvas Support.

I don't have the offline content option in my version.
I sent a support ticket but at the moment canvas is "no longer able to provide support for all Free For Teacher help requests."
What to do when this happens?
Thank you!
Thank you Stephanie.
In fact I only have the epub option available. I'll send a new support ticket and will see what happen.
Thank you
