Hello,
A student complains that after submitting an online test in Canvas, some of his answers modified from the original he gave and thus affected his grade. Would that be possible? What would cause such behavior? Can we track the student's clicks during the test?

Hi @eva2 . I have never heard of a situation in which the system somehow changed student answers on a quiz after it has been submitted and can't think of a way in which this could occur. You could always contact Canvas Support and see if they can get information on quiz attempts or have heard a similar report, but I would be shocked if this is occurring. There is a way to check quiz logs (see How do I view a quiz log for a student?) but this needs to be enabled within Settings before the quiz is taken.
I hope this helps and best wishes!
