How do I open "publish" to allow students to see People?

Hello  @rperkins2  and welcome to the Community.  I am not sure if you have the course published and want to enable the People's tab or are looking to formally publish the course, but here are a couple of documents that might help.

No, neither dealt with my question. My course is published. I want to

enable (open for student view) the People tab. I have no doubt this

is pretty simple. But it's a matter of finding the right button to push.

Can you respond specifically to that issue, please.
