[ARCHIVED] PDF Files keep rotating in Student Canvas App

I have uploaded some PDF files that in my Teacher View are landscape and when I look at them in the Student App they rotate to be portrait which means the worksheets are the wrong way around. There is no option for the student to rotate the pdf file. 

How do I stop this from happening? Its incredibly annoying.

Hi!

I was unable to duplicate this when I created a .pdf and uploaded it to my course and then looked at the Canvas Student app.

There was an update to the Student app last week. Are all of your students up-to-date?

If so, have your students reported this using the Help feature? The friendly Support team at your school would be able to forward the inquiry to Canvas on your students' behalf and likely compare it to other schools' experiences.
