[ARCHIVED] Parent Observer "email already in use" error

Some of my parents are getting the "email already in use" error when trying to set up their Parent Observer accounts. They have never registered for a parent account before, though. 

Anyone else having this problem or have a solution?

Hi @KelliMBirdville -

I recommend you try to connect with your local Canvas Administrator or Tech Support Team. They'll be able to look at the district accounts and clarify whether or not you have an account. Sometimes districts create accounts on behalf of families based on registration information, but that may not be the case for you. Good luck!
