We've had Canvas for about a month now, parents are starting to get connected as observers. When they go searching for our district in the Canvas parent app, they don't find out district and are forced to type in our instance address. Any idea why our district doesn't come up in searches?

That's a good question! If you're a Canvas Admin, you could check with your CSM. In the meantime, you could share this link with your families:
How do I view a QR code to log in to the Canvas mobile apps as an observer?
That process will eliminate the step of having to locate your district. 👍
