[ARCHIVED] Payment Gateways in our Beta instance

I'm sure this is a really dumb question, but I'm hoping someone here knows for sure! We have multiple payment gateways set up, including one at our root Catalog. I want to let a potential new unit try out Catalog by giving them access to Beta. But I don't want them to accidentally have someone sign up for a course and charge actual money to the real root payment gateway (they obviously won't have a payment gateway set up in Beta while they're just fiddling around).

So are the payment gateways still functional in the Beta instance of Catalog?

You need to set up a sandbox for payment gateways for Beta to make it work properly. At least that is what we did.
