[ARCHIVED] Pearson MyLab and Mastering

I have set up the LTI with Pearson for MyLab and Mastering but it is not showing up in Course Navigation. No matter how I set it up: District Level, Site Level or even teacher level. I am able to see it under assignments as an external tool, etc. but there is no link for them to clink on to actually access it through course navigation. Pearson states they have never seen this before and that it must be a Canvas issue. This is the first LTI or app that I have installed that hasn't shown up in the course navigation that is supposed to. Any ideas?
