I am not able to enroll a new student. Please advise. Is there a problem with the site today?

Hello  @mrothschild  Thank You for posting your question.  Depending on the enrollment policies that your school has in place, you may or may not be able to enroll students in your course on your own.  This may be something that only your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department can take care of.  See How do I add users to a course? for more information.
