Any ideas why it won't let me upload?

Sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here unanswered for such a long time.  I've never encountered an error message like that before when recording a video within Canvas Studio.  Do you know if this is still an issue for you?  Have you tried clearing your browser's history/cache files, closing the browser, and then re-starting your browser to see if that would help?

You may also need to contact the folks at the Canvas Help Desk if you are still experiencing that issue.  How do I contact Canvas Support?
