[ARCHIVED] Problems with speedgrader and png / pdf.

We have an assignment in math where each student have submitted several pngs and/or pdfs. 

When a teacher is grading in speedgrader and using the feedback tools a error emerges saying "embedded page at canvadocs-prod-dub.inscloudgate.net.says An error occurred while saving this comment"

Why is this? Anyone knows why and how to solve this issue? 

The problem seems to occur more rarely or not at all if you reload the page at regular intervals.

Hi,  @jonas_knutsson . I'm not familiar with that error message. I would recommend contacting Canvas Support to find out what that means.
