The link that you clicked on re-routes you to a page called "Archiving Content to Improve Searches". If you click on the link within the paragraph under the heading "What if I lose access to something I need?", you could make a request that the archived page be brought back.
If you are looking to fix the orientation of an image you've uploaded to your Canvas profile (because it is rotated 90 degrees or completely upside down), one thing you might try is to open up the image offline on your computer using something like the Windows Paint application. Then, if even if the image appears to be oriented the correct way in your image editing program, re-save the file with the same extension...or try saving it with a different file extension such as *.jpg or *.png. Then, try re-uploading the image back to your Canvas profile to see if things have been fixed.
