[ARCHIVED] Profile picture rotation

I am trying to add a profile picture and Canvas keeps rotating the image. Is there a way to prevent this?

Hi Amy! I've seen this happen when the picture is taken on a phone! The picture will look correct, but then it uploads sideways. 

To solve this, open the photo on your computer with whichever program you open photos with (even Paint will work!), don't make any changes, and then save the photo. Then, try uploading it again!

That's fixed it every time I've seen this issue, but if it doesn't do the trick, let us know what kind of device you used to take the photo!
