[ARCHIVED] Prohibit Teachers from changing survey / quiz responses

Does anyone know how to use Canvas Surveys (or even Quizzes) from the administrative level in such that teachers in individual course sections in which the survey is placed cannot change survey submissions?  We are probably going to license EvaluationKit, but, I might have to have a workaround for this Fall's end of course survey.  I was thinking of putting the survey in Commons and then uploading it to selected courses or I was thinking of putting the survey in a BluePrint course and affiliating the BluePrint course with selected course sections.  Either way, I cannot do it if the course teachers can change item responses.
