[ARCHIVED] Quiz wasn't automatically graded in Canvas after student completed quiz

I created a multiple choice quiz in Canvas but it did not automatically grade the quiz like I thought it would. How would set it up so Canvas can automatically grade the quiz. Currently, I don't see any grades in the grade book after a student has taken their quiz.

I've got the same problem, and I've never had the problem before, after several terms of Canvas use. 
The quiz is all multiple choice, and yet only about 20% of the students' attempts were scored.  The rest seem to be waiting for me to do them manually.
