Does anyone have rubrics for a welding course where the main objective is to train welders how to become proficient with physically welding such things as steel beams for bridges or pipes in a nuclear power house.
The only document needed for this sort of thing is a Welder Qualification certificate which proves to all those concerned that the weldor is capable and competent to make the welds 100 percent.
So, what kind of rubric can be designed for this sort of thing?
Hello @judo great question! I'm not a welding teacher, so I hope others can share some rubrics with you. I found these on the Internet that, if you like them, you could make them into a rubric in Canvas (https://sites.google.com/a/conroeisd.net/ag-mechanics-metal-tech-1/welding-rubrics) and https://sites.google.com/a/conroeisd.net/ag-mechanics-metal-tech-1/welding-rubrics.
I do hope someone who teaches welding sees this and helps you out!
