Canvas is experiencing issues due to an ongoing AWS incident. Follow the status at AWS Health Dashboard and Instructure Status Page
I can record a conference but when it goes in the "concluded" box, I cannot replay it and there is not a way to review the content. Why so? During the session, it was recording. How can I access recorded sessions?
Note: I didn't receive any email with the recordings. I didn't invite anyone to the conference -not sure if that can be the issue-

After the conference has concluded, you can view recorded conferences in the Conferences Index Page. If you recorded multiple segments in your conference, each segment will be a separate recording.

I don't have the arrow icon. This is a screenshot
@gbonadonna , it can take several hours for the recording to become available, and given the current high demand, you may find that it takes up to 24 hours.
I see, thank you. I was very concerned that something was wrong and I couldn't figure it out.
I guess I will just trust that my recordings are fine and wait they become available.
