[ARCHIVED] Recorded a conference, but I cannot find it once it's concluded?

I recorded a conference, and at the end of the conference clicked stop/pause recording. I concluded it, ended the conference, but now--even after following all steps from the guide--cannot find the recorded conference?! The arrow to indicate I can view the conference is not available... What would the cause of this be?!

As mentioned at the bottom of https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-13090-how-do-i-record-a-conference , completed recordings may take some time to render. If you don't see the recording on the Conferences Index Page within 24 hours, use the Report a Problem option on the Help menu to ask Canvas Support to have a look.
