Where do the recordings go when recording a conference with Big Blue Button? Everything I have seen says the recording should show up under Concluded Conferences (beneath the title of the conference) but they aren't there...even days later. Any advice about where the recordings would go?

Fred mentioned that there's a way to contact BBB for help, but as I didn't see it very clearly in our Web Conferencing Resources document, I figured others couldn't, either! That page now includes its own link about how to get help with recordings—sounds like you are both over the 24-hour timeframe, so I'd recommend reaching out. I am the product manager for BigBlueButton. I work at Blindside Networks, the company that provides hosting for Canvas Conferences to Instructure, and while can't speak on behalf of Instructure, I can respond to your question.
Just trying to narrow down your scenario ... are you using Canvas Conferences from within a Free For Teacher account or are you using it at your school?

Hi Fred, I just emailed you before I found this thread. I use a free for teachers account and am running an online course for 90 students currently. My recordings aren't showing up. Can I get recordings enabled again?
I am a student who uses BigBlueButton integrated with canvas. Before starting my conference, i forgot to check “enable recording for this conference”, so when the conference concluded, I was unable to see my recording. Is there a way to recover this recording from BigBlueButton?

For clarification, did you at any point manually click on a button to start the recording? If you didn't manually start the recording, I don't believe there would be one available to you (since you indicated you also forgot to check the box for "enable recording for this conference").
canvas3 @canvas_admin My recordings are also not showing in Blig Blue Button. I have had recordings in the past. Please help with this - I am running a large online class right now and need the recordings available for those who cannot attend sessions due to time zone differences. Is something broken? I really don't want to have to put my classes back in Blackboard - I am a very vocal supporter of Canvas at my university. But, I will receive backlash about this.And not having the recordings available is making my job impossible right now as I am having to help the students individually via separate conferences and messaging. This is impossible for 90 students. I contacted help 4 days ago and have not gotten a response. Please help

Thank you so much Erin. And I just tested a conference and recorded it and it is showing as it should - YAYAYAYAYAY!!!! I was having a very difficult time teaching 90 students without being able to record office hours.
