I have a student that has an older computer and is having issues with using Respondus Lockdown Browser. She says she has tried to download the software onto her computer but it gives an error message stating she cannot use it. Is there a way to turn off the lockdown browser requirement for a single student? I will simply view her quiz log audit, but don't want to do that for a class of 120.
