The forget password button didn't show up on my computer, so I pulled up the website on my iPhone and the button was there. I suggest trying it on your phone.
If the "Forgot my Password" link isn't available to you, you could try the same button from the Canvas Parent app. However, many times, your local Canvas Administrator can help you! Does your district have a tech department you could call for assistance?
