[ARCHIVED] Restricting editing of Certificates in Catalog

I'm curious about a feature - and perhaps I have missed how to do this. 

When a certificate is generated in Catalog, the output is a PDF. However, it appears that the PDF is not locked for editing - so someone could potentially change it. Is there a way to produce a locked PDF?

Are you speaking about when you select a certificate from the completions tab? If so, I think this is made editable for Catalog Admins to edit items just in case. But, otherwise, yes, I would agree in the Student Dashboard the PDFs are editable. Could you please submit a feature request for this? Thank you for pointing this out.
